SKILLS USA CLUB
Winterset Skills USA is a partnership of students, teachers, and industry representatives working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. This club has contests that allow students to demonstrate their vocational abilities against others from across the state. Each April Iowa Skills USA chapters gather to compete in over 70 different Career and Technical related contests. This club is directly related to the WHS Industrial Technology Standards and provides an opportunity to showcase students’ talents from the curriculum offered in class.
