The Husky Boys Basketball Team opened up their season at home against Atlantic on Tuesday night. Atlantic used red hot shooting to get the win 83-62 in the season opener.
Winterset was led by Point Guard Casey Kleemeier (Soph.) who scored 22 points and added 5 assists. Easton Darling (Fresh.) scored 16 points in his Varsity debut and Justin Henry (Jr.) added 9 points.
The Huskies are back in action with a girl/boy double header on Friday, December 2, at Boone. This will be both teams Conference opener.
