The Husky Boys Basketball team picked up their first win of the season, beating the ADM Tigers 70-62 on Friday night. The Huskies used a great team effort and clutch free throw shooting in the 4th quarter to seal the victory.
Winterset was led by Point Guard Casey Kleemeier (Soph.) who scored 25 points, including 12-12 from the Free Throw line. Forward Harrison Brockway (Jr.) added 16 points off the bench for the Huskies.
With the win, the Huskies move to 1-3 on the season and 1-1 in Raccoon River Conference play.
The Huskies are back in action on Friday, December 16th when they host the Carroll Tigers.
