On Tuesday, August 30th, the Girls Cross Country team traveled to Dallas Center to compete in the DC-G Invitational.  The team placed 2nd out of 11 teams.  They were lead by a 7th place finish by senior Sydney Kaufman, 8th place by senior Layken Gurwell, 11th place by junior Riley Kaufman, 16th place by Kacie Cowman, 21st place by Kiernan Blanchard, 26th by Caitlin Fairchild, and 32nd by Lizze Wangler.  Also running for the Lady Huskies were Emma Dole-69th, Katie Bertelson-79th, Sophia Pastorino-88th, Juanita Ramirez-117th, and Shelby McCullough-140th place.  Congratulations Lady Huskies!
