On Saturday, February 4th, the Husky wrestlers competed at the 2A Sectional Tournament held in Albia.  The wrestlers came away in 2nd place behind Albia and qualified for the Regional Dual Meet.  They will travel to Creston on Tuesday, February 7th, and wrestle Creston at 6:00.

Seven wrestlers qualified for the District Tournament at Knoxville this Saturday beginning at noon.  District qualifiiers for the Huskies are:  Bryce Hatten at 106, Jack West at 120, Kruise Kiburz at 132, Blake Ryerson at 138, Justin Smith at 145, Connor Van Pelt at 170, and Bradley Tolley at 285.  A top 2 finish at districts will qualify them for the state tournament.
