The Winterset softball team defeated RRC opponent Boone in the Regional Final 3-0 to advance to the State Softball Tournament.  This marks the 9th time the softball team has qualified for state and the 4th time in the last 6 years, the 2015 team most recently finished as state runner-ups.  The Lady Huskies will play Sergeant Bluff-Luton (28-10) in the first round on Tuesday, July 18th, 1:00, at the Harlan Rogers Sports Complex in Ft.
