The Huskies came up short on the scoreboard Friday night (2-5-16) in Perry, but it will be a game Husky players,
coaches, and fans will remember. Senior Ryan Hinsch checked in the game with the Huskies trailing the Bluejays
70-58. He missed his first three, 3-point attempts and after Perry got the rebound, their player passed the ball to
Ryan and he drove in and made the shot. The Huskies then got a steal and the ball was passed to Hinsch once
again and he drove in and made his 2nd consecutive lay-up as time expired. This special moment was possible
with great sportsmanship from both teams and will be a top highlight of the 2015-2016 season for Hinsch and
the Husky team!
Congratulations to Sophomore Justin Henry on breaking the school record for most Free Throws
made in a single game (15) on 1-5-16 vs. Boone. The previous record (13) was held by
Pete Corkrean (1995-96) and Ryan Young (1997-98).
